At 13:42 on July 2, with the No. 3 pile of the No. 36 fan position smoothly sinking to the design level, it has been completed that the steel pipe pile sinking project for 28 out of the 29 fan positions of the Putian Shicheng offshore wind farm project. The remaining 4 steel pipe piles at No. 16 fan position need to wait for the proper tide level to construct. According to statistics, 10 fan positions are currently undergoing pile foundation drilling and platform construction, and 4 fan positions are undergoing fan hoisting operations. Up to now, 13 fan positions have completed the pouring of the caps and 3 fan positions have been successfully connected to the grid for power generation.

Project chief designer Yang Baoliu and deputy project chief designer Zhang Qianglin actively communicate with all parties, organize and coordinate personnel. The Shicheng offshore wind power design team, with party members as the main force, play the pioneering role and fighting spirit of party members, actively follow up the progress of the project, and complete the detailed design work of the construction drawing stage of the project on schedule in May 2020 to provide guarantee for the smooth progress of the construction.

As the grid connection date approaches, project construction has entered a critical stage. The design team will continue to provide technical support for the smooth operation of the project on schedule with full enthusiasm and solid work.
