UNDP anemometry project in Putian and Zhangpu

UNDP anemometry project is the donative project of United Nations Development Programme, and Fujian Institute is responsible for the EPC and data acquisition to build 2×70m and 5×40m anemometer towers in Putian and Zhangpu The project passed the overall acceptance of UNDP technical advisers and Longyuan Company at the end of 2002. All inspectors said that the project quality of Putian and Zhangpu is the best among all UNDP projects in China.

220kV Booster Station Project of Longhai Xincuo Wind Farm

The primary and secondary electrical parts in the fence of the booster station, and the professional design of corresponding control, protection, automatic devices, computer monitoring, electric energy system, remote communications, scheduling, air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection, production buildings and auxiliary buildings, as well as the lightning protection and grounding network. Fujian Institute was responsible for the jobs of all equipment and materials procurement, transportation, storage, installation, commissioning, testing, system commissioning, inverse power transmission start and repair in warranty period.

Main Substation Project of Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Project

The integrated refining project in Fujian contracted by EPC is about a 220kV main substation with the total investment of 450 million yuan and total capacity of 330WM. The project had many firsts in size and technology in China. The "research and application of power generation and power transformation system for large refining and chemical companies" carried out by Fujian Institute relying on the project won the frist prize of Scientific and Technological Progress in Chinas Petrochemical Industry.

COGEN installation unit to the generator and main transformer of Refining and Ethylene Project in Fujian

The COGEN project has made many achievements. The project was among the best in the previous subcontracting and general contracting (EPC) assessments for the refining and ethylene projects in Fujian, and the EPC project of Fujian Institute was awarded as the Outstanding HSE Project Department.

Shenzhen Dachong Power Transmission and Transformation

4B10GWW modularized design scheme is the Fujian Institute designers standard design in China Southern Power Grid Company, which was prepared by combining its own technological advantages and absorbing domestic and foreign advanced technologies. The scheme plans to use 4×180 MVA transformers, 6 circuits of 220kV outgoing lines, 14 circuits of 110kV outgoing lines and 30 circuits of 10kV outgoing lines from Nantong Vision Electrical Equipment Company, with each main transformer equipped with 5 groups of 8Mvar shunt capacitors. The scheme focuses on safety, tries to meet the functional needs, and makes it convenient for construction and operation by compact and structured while reasonable and practical modules design and layout.

220kV off-site power supply project of Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Project

Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinochem Corporation. To create a complete industrial chain in petroleum industry and accelerate the development of the company, the corporation decided to build 12 million tons level refinery project in Quanzhou, where the public construction project is main substation. This project consists of 220kV system and 35kV system, as well as related supporting facilities.

Phase II Expanded 220kV Transmission Project of Nanpu Power Plant

The length of new 220kV lines I and II of Nanpu Power Plant (Phase II)～Tianbian is 73.5km, where the triple circuit is 8.5km, double circuit 32.5km, and single circuit 32.5km. Fujian Institute gives full play to its EPC advantages with design as the dominant role, and constantly optimizes the design to create favorable conditions for the construction. Through the joint efforts of all parties participating in the construction, the project was put into operation as scheduled in accordance with the requirements of owners.
