Jinjiang Gas-fired Power Plant(6×350MW)

Jinjiang Gas-fired Power Plant has a planned capacity of 6×350MW-class gas-steam combined cycle generator sets. 4×350MW gas-steam combined cycle generator sets were constructed for the initial phase, Its combustion turbine adopts the 9F-class single-shaft gas-steam combined cycle generator set manufactured by Harbin Power Equipment Company Ltd. GE Company of the USA provided its design and technical support. The HRSG  is the triple pressure reheating boiler with natural circulation and horizontal arrangement manufactured by Hangzhou Boiler Group Co., Ltd. And NOOTER/ERIKSEN Company of the USA provided its design and technical support. The first unit was put into production in January 2009.

Phase-I Project of Putian Gas-fired Power Plant(4x350MW)

The 4×350MW gas-steam combined cycle generator sets were constructed for the Phase-I Project of Putian Gas-fired Power Plant. The first unit was brought into power generation service in December 2008. Its main unit adopts the 701F gas turbine supplied by China Dongfang Electric Group-Japan Mitsubishi. The HRSG is the 418A unit supplied by Wuxi Huaguang Boiler Co., Ltd.

Phase-I Project of Xiamen East Gas-fired Power Plant(2×392MW)

The 2×392MW gas-steam combined cycle generator sets for the Phase-I Project of Xiamen East Gas-fired Power Plant was constructed by Golden Eagle International Group from Singapore based on its own investment. The main unit adopts the GUD.1S94.3A single-shaft gas-steam combined cycle unit supplied by Shanghai Electric-German Siemens. The HRSG is of horizontal non-supplemental firing type and supplied by Hangzhou Boiler Group Co., Ltd.

Shanghai Port Gas-fired Power Plant Phase-I Project(4×400MW)

Shanghai Port Gas-fired Power Plant Phase-I Project is located in the heavy equipment industrial park in the southwest of Lingang New City, and was planned to accommodate 4×400MW gas-steam combined cycle units. This project kicked off construction in 2009 and was put into production in March 2012.

As the supporting power plant for the LNG project introduced by Shanghai, this project was subject to cautious and prudent planning, control and acceptance in terms of design, manufacturing, construction, testing and operation quality in order to meet the highest standards. During the performance test, the generating efficiency of units exceeded 58%, outperforming peer units on the domestic market. Among them, #3 unit was the first improved model of Siemens deployed in China, with output reaching as high as 423MW and combined cycle efficiency exceeding 59.2%, marking the highest performance of F-class gas turbines.

Phase-III Project of Xiaoshan natural gas cogeneration plant of Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group Co., Ltd(1×400MW)

The Phase-III Project of Xiaoshan Natural Gas Cogeneration Plant of Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group Co., Ltd(1×400MW)was invested and constructed by Zhejiang Southeast Electric Power Co., Ltd. The main unit adopts the SCC5-4000F single-shaft gas-steam combined cycle unit supplied by Shanghai Electric. The SGT5-4000F(6)combustion turbine is a leading-edge F-class product supplied by Siemens, while the HRSG is the horizontal natural circulation boiler supplied by Shanghai Boiler. This project kicked off construction in Dec 1, 2011 and was handed over for production on Aug 6, 2012 after 168-hour commissioning test. With a construction period of 250 days only, it recorded the shortest construction period for F-class gas turbine of Siemens. The shaft equipment base designed by FEDI is the first of its kind in China.

Phase-II Project of Beijing Caoqiao Gas-fired Combined Cycle Thermal Power Plant(1×800MW)

The Phase-II Project of Beijing Caoqiao Gas-fired Combined Cycle Thermal Power Plant involved the construction of a 800MW-class gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration unit, which includes 2 combustion turbines, 2 HRSG, 1 steam turbines and 3 generator sets in multi-shaft arrangement. Its the first gas-turbine unit adopting multi-shaft arrangement for the F-class gas turbines supplied by Siemens. The high-pressure, medium-pressure and low-pressure rotor of the steam turbine are connected with SSS clutch. The electric generator is located on the high-pressure side, and the low-pressure rotor can break away from the high-pressure rotor through SSS clutch, allowing back pressure operation. The steam turbine can operate under straight condensing turbine, steam extraction heating, back pressure heating and full switchover heating. This project kicked off construction on May 9, 2011 and completed 168-hour commissioning test on Feb 7, 2013. With generating capacity increased by 863MW, the annual utilization hours of this project can reach 4500 hours, with annual energy output reaching 3.7 billion KW, heating capacity increased by 592MW and heat supply coverage reaching 1200 hectares.

Sylhet 150MW Simple Cycle Gas-fired Power Plant(Bangladesh)

The unit adopts the V94.2 single-shaft gas-turbine driven generator set supplied by Ansaldo. The layout design and optimization was done via the 3D design software named PDMS, and the structure design was completed under the assistance of 3D design platform, thus enhancing design efficiency and quality.

Sirajganj 150MW Peaking Gas-fired Power Plant(Bangladesh)and Combination Upgrade Project

Sirajganj 1×150MW Peaking Power Plant is located on the north bank of Jamuna River, Bangladesh. Its the first gas-turbine power station of North-West Power Generation Co., Ltd. The unit adopts the SGT5-PAC2000E single-shaft gas-turbine driven generator set(dual-fuel)supplied by Siemens. The power plant kicked off construction in 2011 and was handed over for production in May 2013.

Sirajganj 150MW Peaking Power Plant combined cycle upgrade project is the first project upgrading simple cycle to combined cycle. Its HRSG and turbine were supplied by Hangzhou Boiler Group Co., Ltd and Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd. The upgradation kicked off construction in 2013 and was handed over for production in July 2014.
